We are prepared to modify any of the designs that we have to provide a custom-designed home to meet your desires and preferences. Our custom home designer will assist you in modifying any of the houses that we have, either listed below or on our predesigned homes page. Furthermore, if you have a preference for a particular style, internal or external design, we'll be happy to provide you with the cost to build to your plans or to modify such plans to fit onto the lot that you select in the Foothills.
